Custom and Personalized Orders
Feel free to reach out to us in regards to any custom orders. As second generation jewelers, we have expert experience in creating bespoke pieces while having endless access to gemstones and materials.
What can I do about scratches?
All gold and platinum jewelry is susceptible to normal wear and tear (ie. scratches and dings) which will vary upon user's active lifestyle. This is normal and is usually remedied by having it refinished once a year. All gold and platinum jewelry is NOT scratch-resistant.
We do offer a refinishing service. Bands can be repolished or rebrushed for a small fee. Please message us if you are interested.
How do I find my ring size?
For the best result, we offer FREE ring sizers mailed within the USA (message us with your name and address).
Otherwise, we recommend getting sized by at least two jewelers. Stores may use their own system or unfortunately give incorrect sizes.
Online methods (string or paper) is not recommended.
Can I return or exchange items after the 30-day window?
All orders returned or exchanged after the 30-day window policy will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in original condition (unworn and not modified in any way).
Multiple returns: Returns for 2 or more of the same type of item (rings, earrings, necklaces, etc) are subject to a 8% restocking fee per item returned.
How can I resize my ring?
If your ring is slightly too loose/tight, resizing is a very easy procedure that is done by stretching or compressing the ring. Although you can easily resize your ring with a local jeweler, we also offer resizing services to our customers.
We offer 1st resizing free of charge within the 30-day policy (USA only). We just ask our customers to pay for shipping to us, as we cover the shipping back.
If you would like to resize outside the 30-day window, there will be a small fee for the adjustment.
Please be advised that this service may not be eligible for rings with stones or particular designs and resizing may be limited for certain designs such as 2-tones. Resized bands are final sale.

When will my order ship?
After placing your purchase, Etsy will provide an estimated ship by date. Please note orders may be shipped before/after this date.
As most items are made to order, orders are processed within 2-5 business days on average.
The payment must be processed and cleared through Etsy before we can begin processing any orders.
Tracking & Delivery
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note updates may be delayed if the package has not been scanned by the carrier.
If you have not received your tracking confirmation, please check the order status on your Etsy account.
Delivery time is estimated and does not include processing time. FedEx Next Day is the only service that is guaranteed within the timeframe.
*Orders $500+ or shipped with FedEx automatically includes 'Signature Confirmation'. Please contact us if no adult is available to accept the package upon delivery

Our hours are Monday-Friday from 10:30am-5:00pm PST. We are closed weekends and government holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours to respond to any questions or concerns. Do you have a storefront I can visit?
We are appointment based at our studio located in the jewelry district of Downtown Los Angeles.

I have not received my package
We are proud to have a 99% success in processing time and shipments arriving on their schedule date.
Our main shipper is USPS which has been very reliable. If your package has been marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, in most cases, packages are found by contacting the post officer or neighbors.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or misdelivered packages. If you have placed an order with an old address, please message us in order to correct it.
For international shipments, standard shipping usually take 2-3 weeks but can take up to 5-6 weeks depending on your country and customs time. We recommend expedited shipping for any time sensitive items.
