Do you offer digital download files of your designs, so that I can print the artwork myself?
Yes. All of our prints are available via digital download if interested. Each print can be purchased individually, or in groups of 5 by size. Visit our 'Custom Downloads' shop section for options.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do your posters come with a frame?
Frames are NOT included. All prints available in our shop are designed to fit standard sized frames. 11x17 inch frames (and any of the sizes we offer digitally) can be purchased online through Etsy, Michaels, Amazon, Target, etc.
Do you offer a discount on shipping if I order more than one item?
Yes. There is already a combined shipping discount on all of our posters, which come rolled inside a mailing tube. To see how much shipping will cost, please add the items to your cart and you will see the shipping discount automatically applied.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Feel free to message us any time about customization or adjustments to any of our prints. We love to connect!
I need my order by a certain date, will it arrive in time?
All of our orders are shipped the same day.
Generally speaking, USPS Standard shipping is 3-4 days and USPS Priority (Expedited) shipping is 1-3 days. International shipping times may vary, but are stated as being 6-10 days by the USPS.
Can I meet you locally to purchase the item, or are your products available in any brick and mortar stores?
Unfortunately no. Our products are only available online at postartsy.etsy.com
Can I change my order / change address?
Any changes to an order must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Otherwise, all items are shipped as ordered to the address provided.
