We started Power Up Kids the way most good ideas start — by trying to solve a problem for our own family.
Our kids needed to move more. Not in a "go outside and play" vague way, but with something structured enough to actually build strength and confidence over time. So we went looking — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, all the usual places parents turn to when they need a workout for their kids.
What we found was scattered. Random videos with no progression. Trendy challenges with no safety guidance. Fitness content built for adults and just... shrunk down for kids, without any real thought to what actually keeps a 10-year-old — or a 16-year-old — coming back day after day.
So we built what we couldn't find: workouts designed specifically for kids and teens, with real structure, real progression, and just enough game-like motivation to make consistency feel like an achievement instead of a chore.
We started with printable guides because we wanted something simple and accessible — no app to download, no account to create, just a plan you could put in your child's hands today. Every guide in our shop is something we built and tested with our own kids first.
We're just getting started. If our ebooks help your family the way they've helped ours, we'd love for you to stick around — there's more coming.
