The seller was very nice when I reached out, and responded even though I was met with an automated email that stated she was on vacation, which I appreciated because I was irritated. She sent me photo proof that it was sent, so I just had to be patient. If anyone decides to purchase this, be sure to purchase tracking so you’re not in the dark and do it like a month in advance so it will be on time for whatever event you’re planning it for

We DO NOT provide tracking for orders unless upgraded shipping is selected and purchased upon check out by the customer.
I understand that taxes, customs fees and duties aren't cool, but if applied by your country, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship everything via Canada Post.
• Canadian orders will ship regular letter mail and arrive in approx 1-15 business days from ship out date. No tracking provided.
• U.S. orders will arrive in about 1-4 weeks (or less) from ship out date. No tracking provided.
• International orders will arrive in about 2-10 weeks (or less) from ship out date. No tracking provided.
Please note It can take longer due to holidays, peak shipping times or a delay at customs.

If you want your item to get to you faster, or want to track where your package is please be sure to add the upgraded shipping or tracking to your order when choosing your shipping.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
If tracking was NOT purchased by the buyer, once it is in the hands of the postal service there is no way of seeing where your package is until it arrives. I DO NOT have control of the speed of the postal service that is why tracked orders are always our suggested shipping option.
If you have added the upgraded shipping with tracking this can give you the ability to track down it's location and time frame of expected delivery.
We will NOT give returns on items that were shipped out.
