We love supporting tomatoes and other plants - this is how we do it.
We are residents of Maple Plain, MN, a small suburb west of Minneapolis. Throughout the years, we have devoted a great deal of time and energy to vegetable gardening and woodworking. We derive great pleasure from making improvements, upgrades, and creating new ways to do things better around our home and garden. Our tomato and plant support system was born from our own experiences and frustrations in the garden. I think we have tried every conceivable tomato cage and trellis system available, always ending the same way - Plants tipped over on the ground after a high wind; Cages not strong enough to support the growth or tall enough to fully mature; too hard to reach the fruit or prune the plant; too time consuming to use and worn out after a year or two. As we developed, tested, and modified our system, we found tomato gardening got easier, more enjoyable and provided much bigger harvests. We also discovered that when friends and neighbors saw them in our garden, they instantly fell in love with the unique look, style and function of the system. At their urging, we opened our shop in 2016 focusing on Tomato Supports and garden harvest baskets. In 2017, we introduced a new line of entry organizers, coat racks and ledge shelves. We pride ourselves on producing high quality wood products with a modern look and a polished finish. Cathy and I both retired in 2020 and we are now able to devote full time to our Etsy Shop. We take pride in exploring sustainable packaging methods that protect our products during shipping and are recyclable. We will work hard to fill your order promptly, with a quality product that will function for you for many years ahead.
