We specialize in custom design and welcome your changes. Easy changes such as sizing and engraving that do not require additional design work are done at a nominal rate and do not normally increase processing time.

Any ring can be provided in virtually any size. Still, most designs can be resized without modifying the shank only within certain limits, which generally are 4-9 for women, and 8-11 for men. However, Pricegems specializes in custom design work, so we gladly accept orders for sizes up to 15 or for as small as 2.

Pricegems provides optional gift packaging at a nominal surcharge of only $4. For this you receive a Signature box with matching Signature bag, a small attached card to personalize your gift, and matching tissue. This makes a handsome presentation you will be proud to give.

We recommend using warm water with ordinary household ammonia and a soft toothbrush for cleaning, followed by a good rinse with hot water. Then dry with a soft lint-free cloth. An old 100% cotton T-shirt works well. For jewelry that hasn't been cleaned in a while and to remove stubborn oils and creams you've used, soak in diluted ammonia overnight and then clean as usual. Avoid harsh chemicals, and always remove your jewelry before doing work with your hands. Hold your ring in your teeth as you wash your hands when away from home, and never store your jewelry in a way that puts it in contact with other jewelry. This simple precautions and cleaning methods will keep your fine jewelry in great condition and always looking its best!
