5 out of 5 starsI LOOOOVE how well this turned out! I’ve already forwarded this store’s info to several friends and family who’ve requested it as they want to do it for their own pets too! I was really worried that it would look too cartoonish or like a caricature- and it did at first. BUT I just asked the seller/creator if they could adjust his head and after a few tweaks it was PERFECT. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I ordered just the digital copy and that was great for getting ASAP, but part of me wishes that I ordered a physical print because I can’t quite capture the impressive detail of the portrait on my own printer/paper <3 Although, it’s my new favorite phone background :) I look forward to ordering more portraits in the future!!! *If you have any reservations, push them aside and take the jump, you won’t regret it!

Can I See My Portrait Before It’s Printed?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a preview through Etsy Messages before anything goes to print. Take your time, check every detail, and let us know if you’d like anything changed. You can request as many revisions as you need — we won’t print your portrait until you say, “I love it!”
Can I Have More Than One Pet in the Same Portrait?
Of course! Two, three, four — the more, the merrier. We can bring multiple pets together in one portrait, even if they’re from completely separate photos. You can also browse our other categories to see examples of our multi-pet portraits.
I Love a Design, but There’s No 2- or 3-Pet Version. What Should I Do?
No problem at all. Almost any design you see can be customized for two, three, or even more subjects. We can combine different designs, add pets, add people, or create something specifically around your idea.
Basically, if you have something in mind, tell us — your ideas + our creativity can go a long way!
What If I Don’t Like the First Design?
That’s completely okay! The first preview is just the beginning. We’ll make free revisions until you’re happy with your portrait. Want a head slightly bigger? A different background? A little adjustment here or there? Just tell us.
Is My Photo Good Enough?
Don’t worry too much about getting the “perfect” photo. Our team checks every photo before working on your portrait. If we think the quality isn’t quite good enough, we’ll simply contact you through Etsy Messages and ask for another one.
For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit photo taken around your pet’s eye level. Natural daylight is always a big plus!
You can upload your photos directly using the photo upload section on the listing. If that’s easier, you can also send them to us through Etsy Messages after placing your order.
Do You Only Create Portraits of Dogs?
Not at all! Despite the name Dali Pups, we love creating portraits of all kinds of companions. Cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and even more unusual or exotic pets are all welcome.
And yes — humans are welcome too! We can create portraits of people alone or bring people and their pets together in the same artwork.

You’ll have unlimited revisions during the design stage, and nothing will be sent to print until you’ve seen your portrait and approved the final version. We want the finished piece to be something you’re genuinely excited to receive.
