In most cases, yes! Please message us if you’d like a digital proof before printing, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Sizing details
Our baby clothing ranges from newborn up to toddler sizes. Size charts are included in each listing to help you choose the best fit.
Are your products safe for babies?
Absolutely. We only use 100% cotton garments (unless otherwise stated) and child-safe, eco-friendly inks for printing.
How do I care for my personalised clothing?
We recommend washing at 30°C inside out, avoiding bleach, and tumble drying on low. This keeps your personalised print looking its best.
RUSH MY ORDER - NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER
Absolutely! You can purchase our 'RUSH MY ORDER’ add-on along with your order, this will guarantee dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
This will not upgrade the postage on your order. All Items will be sent via the standard postage method, unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
Please check the online tracking link with your etsy purchase history. This will show your tracking options, or delivery confirmation status. A GPS location map may also be available.
For UK standard delivery (RM24) please allow up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays/ strikes) for delivery.
If your item is showing as delivered, we kindly ask you to check the following places:
with neighbours (including opposite) | safe places | Royal Mail depot/ collection point
If you are unable to locate this ‘delivered’ item, then we will issue a replacement. We are unable to offer a refund or alternative item if Royal Mail are showing this as being delivered.
FAILED DELIVERY/ REDELIVERY
Please ensure the the delivery address is correct and in full.
Should the delivery address be incomplete, and the delivery fail, then once the item has been returned to us we can resend your order. However, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
We cannot refund your order/ delivery charges where we are not at fault.
INCORRECT ORDER / FAULTY ITEM
We always strive to deliver 5* customer service, however we realise that on occasion mistakes happen.
Simply get in touch with us, sharing a photo of your issue/ item and order details. We’ll liaise with you and work on a resolution, such as a replacement.
