How soon can I get my download?
Your digital download will be available instantly, once payment has been made.
There are three ways to receive your files:
1. This is an instant download available immediately after purchase. The payment confirmation page contains the link to your download.
2. You can follow the download link you are sent via email - sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. Please check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find this
3. You can also find your download under "my purchases and reviews" when logged into your Etsy account.
Custom and personalized orders
Can you customize my order?
Yes we can customise your item, for easy customizations such as name changes, color changes or sizings please also add a "Personalise any Item" listing in ADDITION to the listing you would like customised to your basket.

You will need to purchase one "Personalise any Item" for every baby shower listing you would like personalised. Then just let is know in "notes to seller" what you would like changed.

Customizable content available with a current turnaround of 1 business day.
Any recommendations for printing?
We recommend all our baby shower designs are printed on white card stock US Standard 8.5 x 11 or A4.
Colours may vary from our photos depending on the quality and settings of your printer.
You can print from home or choose to find a local printing service.
Where and how can I use your designs?
You may use your digital purchase for personal and non-profit use only and any files downloaded may not be shared, copied or transferred to any third party.
All designs and graphics are property of Mockturtle Studio and may not be copied or reproduced for any reason without our permission.
Will I get to proof my custom order?
Yes, we offer up to two proofs of your design.
