This Privacy Policy explains how Printing Smarter (“I”, “me”, “my”, “Shop”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you purchase my products, contact me, or otherwise interact through Etsy.com (“Etsy”) or related services.
This policy applies only to my practices and does **not** cover Etsy’s data practices. For more details, please read Etsy’s Privacy Policy.

**2. Information I collect**
When you place an order or initiate contact, Etsy provides me with:

Your data may be transferred to countries outside the EU (e.g. U.S.). In such cases, appropriate safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

**6. Data retention**
I retain your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations (typically 3–7 years for tax records). After this, data is deleted or anonymized.
