great replacement after having constantly taping my dt1990 from falling apart

These replacement parts are one nice, solid piece unlike Audio Technicas stock parts and also unlike ones available elsewhere that are just slightly less densely made than these. You may have to do some extremely tedious and careful cutting of the stock parts on the headphones, but it is well worth the effort to replace them with these so you (probably) never have to worry about the earcups breaking as they notoriously do. No more shipping headphones back to AT for a part swap or subpar repair that is engineered to fail, no more shipping costs and hassles. Do yourself a favor and take the repair into your own hands if you are up to it, take your time and put these parts in instead. Thank you to the seller for printing these for me!

Perfect fit and feels much stronger than the original ones. Bought to replace an original slider that had snapped in half. Would order from here again 5/5.

Works exactly as intended and saved my headphones!

The bracket does slightly tilt the ear in more that the undamaged side, but the impact when wearing is within reason. I do wish I had paid attention to the shiping origin as I had to wait over a week for it to clear customs, since it came from the EU. But overall, about $23 (after shipping) is a much better option than replacing $160 headphones.
