A couple of days later, UPS indicated that it had been dropped off at their counter and it arrived a few days after that. Honestly, the wait was worth it!

Frequently asked questions
How do I make sure the fabric looks good in my home?
We encourage all our customers to order fabric and/or trim samples first. We also offer samples of our linings.
Can I return my order?
Custom orders require a lot of time and investment on our end, and thus are final sales.
Measuring incorrectly or not liking the fabric are not valid reasons for returns. That's why we offer detailed measuring instructions on every single one of our listings, as well as fabric and trim samples for purchase.
Having said that, errors in workmanship are absolutely honored by us. We'll be more than happy to fix or refund any errors you find - this decision will be at our discretion depending on the situation.
Can I cancel my order?
We honor cancellations within the first 24 hours as everyone makes mistakes understandably. However, we order materials immediately after that 24 hour grace period and therefore will not be able to honor cancellation requests once we order and receive your materials from the mill.
Do you accept orders with my own materials (COM orders)?
Yes, we are currently accepting orders for faux shade valances and Roman shades only. Please reach out to us on how to get started and what ask about kinds of fabrics we accept.
What is your shipping policy?
Most items ship via UPS unless otherwise stated. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered on the checkout page and to hold mail if they are on vacation. Canadian customers are responsible for duty fees, taxes, or any other fees due.
Each customer will receive an emailed tracking number after the order has been sewn and inspected by our workroom, which will be sent to the email used by customer during checkout.
All shipping dates are listed on each product page and should be assumed as current. A shipping date is defined as the date that your order leaves our workroom and does not include the time in transit.
Can you rush my order?
Please note that WE DO NOT RUSH orders because all our work is handmade and sewn in the order received.
We believe that it isn't fair to rush one customer's order while taking away another customer's spot who ordered first. As such, all our work is sewn in the order of fabric and supplies received to be fair to everyone.
We recommend making sure to plan your custom order ahead, especially during the busy spring and fall holiday seasons.
How do I measure?
Please see each product page for measuring instructions. Curtain hardware needed is also explained on each product page.
Will my faux shade valance arrive mounted on a board?
No.
All our faux shades have a rod pocket, so you'll need to purchase the appropriate curtain rod as explained on each product page and on each measuring guide. If you'd like a window treatment mounted on a covered wood board, make sure you order an operational Roman shade instead.
Can your faux shade valances move up or down?
All faux shades are stationary window valances made to look like a Roman shade for those who are on a budget. They are not operational. Make sure to order an operational Roman shade instead if you'd like this feature.
