5 out of 5 starsLovely table. True to images. Well packaged. Glass travelled a long way and arrived intact! Responsive seller who replied to e-mails promptly. The inclusion of the handmade coaster was a nice touch - thank you! Shipping process was stressful - FedEx were all over the shop, with contradictory information and broken promises to deliver. Nothing to do with seller though. UPS a little better and to their credit the package they delivered arrived undamaged. The table was easy to put together and is a stylist addition to my kitchen. Looking forwards to breakfasting around it!

I will continue to keep an eye on Etsy and Proofurniture Ankara. I might be able to purchase another piece of furniture that I need. The table arrived in two shipments. We work with trusted courier services such as DHL, FEDEX, and TNT to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
Can I choose a specific courier for my order?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific courier services. However, we do work with reputable couriers above to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and arrives in good condition.

We offer free shipping to customers in the US.

UK Taxes and Duties
Will I be charged VAT and duty for orders shipped to the UK?
If your order is being shipped to the UK, you may be required to pay VAT, duty, or delivery charges. You'll be contacted by the courier company (such as FedEx, TNT, or DHL) if these fees apply to your order.
They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay.
They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135.
VAT for UK Buyers?
VAT is charged on all goods (except for gifts worth £39 or less) sent from:
outside the UK to Great Britain
outside the UK and the EU to Northern Ireland
VAT is not charged on goods that are gifts worth £39 or less.
You pay VAT when you buy the goods or to the delivery company before you receive them. If you have to pay VAT to the delivery company, it’s charged on the total package value, including:

* postage, packaging, and insurance
* any duty you owe.
VAT is charged at the VAT rate that applies to your goods.

Who collects VAT for UK buyers?
1. Goods worth £35 or less in total
* If your order is £35 or less in total Etsy will have included VAT in the total you paid on the checkout page.
