I've always been someone who needs to make things with my hands. Engineering school was one answer to that. Jewelry turned out to be another. I set up in my room with one multi-drawer storage unit and one hammer, and started figuring it out as I went.
Since 2019, my little handmade pieces born in my college room have found their way into some of the most meaningful moments. Every time I read the gift messages, I'm reminded of just how much intention a single piece can carry.
Every message is different. Stories of loss and remembrance. A graduation, a milestone, and an exciting future ahead. A celebration of a new mom with her children. A partner surprising the person they love. A best friend saying 'I’m proud of you' without having to find the words. And someone choosing a piece for themselves because sometimes the most important person to celebrate is you.
