Dear customer, Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I sincerely apologize for the surprise bill and any confusion it caused. You definitely should not have to pay any unexpected carrier fees. Could you please send me a quick photo or message with the details on the FedEx bill (such as the invoice number, reason, or charge breakdown)? These charges can sometimes be unexpected customs/import fees or administrative re-weighing errors from FedEx. Once I see what they charged you for, I will reach out to FedEx immediately to resolve it or issue you a reimbursement on our end so you aren't left paying extra.
