Quick communication and fast shipping! Seems to be good quality. I had a custom size made and might have asked for it to be a little smaller than I should have, but that is no fault of the seller! Happy overall with the product and would recommend.

This fits my Le Pliage perfectly. I can't imagine using this bag without this insert now. The cup holder doesn't fit a Stanley with handle but I still have a little travel mug that can go in there.

I love the silk fabric, I think it looks so much better than the felt. Quality made and exactly as picture. The wine color compliments the lining of my LV so well.
