Excellent communication; responded to my questions quickly. I did ask if delivery could be upgraded to 24hr once dispatched and I would pay for this. I was advised postage couldn't be upgraded but it was sent 48hr delivery so not sure why it couldn't be upgraded........ Otherwise an excellent service, item was made ready very quickly and is fantastic. Thank you

Li responded on Sep 29, 2026

Thank you so much, Kate! We're delighted that the plate turned out fantastic and that you were happy with the communication and speed. 😊 Regarding the delivery, the 48hr service was the fastest option available to us for your address, which is why it couldn't be upgraded further. We're glad it arrived quickly and safely! We truly appreciate your feedback and your order! ❤️
