My Item Showed Up Damaged, What Can I Do?
Please contact me and be willing to provide photos of the damage. I'm sure that we'll be able to work something out! (However, please note that Tarot Decks are sold as is, as I cannot see within the bound cards or shrinkwrap. We may be able to work something out, but I may be unable to do so.)
What Does "Seconds" Mean for Your Enamel Pins?
These pins are not collector grade quality. They have small defects, from extensive scratching to low fills or other defects. They may not be perfect, but they're still solid quality and make great "everyday-use" pins, as they're already a bit beat up!

My Item Says Delivered, But I Didn't Receive It
Unfortunately, if there is any issue with the Post Office after I have delivered your package safely to them, you will need to contact the Post Office. I have done my part; it's up to them to do theirs. We may still be able to work something out, but be warned that it won't simply mean a replacement sent for free. There will be compromise for both parties.
I Forgot to Change My Address!
If I haven't shipped your package, let me know ASAP! I can probably get it fixed. If I HAVE shipped your package, it's in the hands of the USPS. Customers are responsible for keeping their addresses up to date--BOTH on Etsy and via PayPal. It is not my responsibility to fix an order shipped to an incorrect address, if that was the address provided. I will NEVER change the shipping address of my own accord.
