I think I am not going to stop until all my favorite pens have a custom converter like this. I feel like my other pens are missing a soul now. The converter shipped fast and I still just can't get over how high quality the art is. The Nakaya painted converters I have are the same price or MORE here in America and to even compare the two is a bit ridiculous. It is like comparing aardvarks and ham sandwich. They aren't even in the same category if you ask me. This artist also makes custom pens for Franklin-Chrisoph and I own a couple. That is how I found out about these converters and the Etsy shop. 5 stars, 11 out of 10, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, would and WILL be buying again...and again....and again.....

Everything from the personalized packaging, all the way to hand written note blew us away. That's correct, the packaging matched the converter. The art work on the converter is beautiful. Amanda takes her time talking with you and walking through with what you envision. I couldn't be happier!

Do you accept returns?
Yes! As long as items are in the same condition. However, we would prefer that you reach out to us directly first, as if you are having a problem it's possible we can resolve it without you returning the item.
Can I return a pen after I've inked it?
Yes. The exception is pens that were sold as new or NOS. In these instances, you can be issued a partial refund minus the difference in value, as the pen will now have to be sold as "used."
What happens if my pen isn't working correctly?
We guarantee the filling system (on restored pens) for 6 months after your purchase. You can send the pen back to us to have us repair the issue/find you a replacement, or request a refund. Just please send us a message first so we can discuss your options. We want to make sure you are happy with the outcome.
What are the details of your warranty?
For restored pens, you get a warranty for 6 months following the purchase of the pen. This warranty covers the filling system only. If the filling system does not work properly, we will repair the pen free of charge, minus the shipping fee. Pen must have been used correctly & with fountain pen appropriate inks. Pens that were sold as new, or NOS that were unrestored do not come with a warranty. Cosmetic issues with the pen and/or nib are also not covered.
