When your package is lost, contact us immediately! We will contact our supplier and or the shipping carrier to get to know what is going on. After we have established what the problem is, we can either when necessary issue a reprint (This means that we send you a brand new t-shirt your way without you having to pay anything extra) or we issue a refund.

If your package goes missing, contact us right away! We’ll reach out to our supplier or the shipping carrier to find out what happened.

Once we know the issue, we’ll either:
– Send you a free replacement (a brand new t-shirt, no extra cost), or
– Give you a full refund, if needed.

We only accept damaged or incorrect items. This means that when you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you contact us and we will offer a solution. If you notice that the package has been damaged when being delivered, you can also deny the package so you don't have to pay any extra shipping costs to return it. This said, when you have a different problem, like a size to big or small. We can deny a return as our products are made to order. We do value our customers, so just contact us and we'll find a solution!

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

If the package looks damaged when it's being delivered, you can refuse the delivery to avoid paying return shipping.

When ordering a T Shirt, you will receive a guarantee of 2 years when you receive the T Shirt. The guarantee doesn't count when you destroy a T Shirt, this can be by using it for construction or just improperly washing it.If you wear it normally, wash it propely, and something goes wrong in under the 2 years. Just contact us and we'll provide you solution!

When you order a t-shirt from us, it comes with a 2-year guarantee starting from the day you receive it.

This guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, like wearing it for construction work or washing it incorrectly.

But if you wear and care for it normally and something goes wrong within 2 years, just contact us — we’ll be happy to help and provide a solution!
