5 out of 5 starsWhat a wonderful gift for my husband! It arrived in time for our anniversary and came out exactly as I imagined it.

5 out of 5 starsThese are absolutely beautifully custom made. Nice and THICK! I truly am happy with my order. It just took a while to get them. But, when something is being custom-made, sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer, other than that I give them five stars.

5 out of 5 starsVery high quality product with great customer service. I sent my flowers to her and sent a letter explaining she could change the size or shape of what I ordered if need be to make it look better and I was willing to pay the difference. (There’s only one chance to preserve flowers from your Mother’s funeral, so I was willing to do whatever it takes to ensure it turning out amazing) She was good about messaging me and keeping me up to date on the whole process. Be patient because the whole process does take time, but trust me…it’s worth it. Thank you so much for preserving this special keepsake of mine to cherish forever. ❤️

5 out of 5 starsI love this little cross candle holder! this shop's products are very reasonably priced, which makes it less painful to pay for the flower shipping. And it's a beautiful way to preserve special flowers. Customer service was great. I will purchase from this shop again!

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my coasters! The seller preserved my wedding flowers beautifully and I could not be more grateful. Customer service was top tier as well! Will recommend this service to all my friends who are getting married in the next few months:)

5 out of 5 starsThe items were beautiful, however the customer service and shipping times were lacking. The shipping estimate that Etsy provides is not accurate. If you are needing your item within a certain timeframe, I recommend ordering it with more than enough time as it could be 2-3 weeks later than what the Etsy estimate gives you at checkout. If you mention the shipping times or open a case with Etsy about them, be prepared to be met with attitude. I really like my item, but I think I would go elsewhere to purchase again.

Thank you for your kind words about the item! I’m so happy to hear that you love it. I’m sorry that the delivery took longer than expected. Once an order is shipped, transit times are managed by the shipping carrier and can occasionally be delayed. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I appreciate your patience while your package was in transit. I’m glad your item has now arrived safely, and I hope you enjoy it for years to come!
