4 out of 5 starsMeh. I didn't contact the seller afterward. It was my second purchase for the same type of request. Both were disappointing. I didn't want the hassle and abandoned my gift idea with this kind of transition.

Thank you for your feedback. I only received one order from you, so I was a little surprised to read that this was your second experience with this type of request. I do wish you had contacted me before leaving your review, as I would have been more than happy to help and make any adjustments needed. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I always do my best to resolve any concerns whenever possible. It is possible that you may be referring to a previous experience with another shop, or perhaps this style of artwork simply was not what you were looking for. In any case, thank you for your order and for taking the time to share your thoughts. I wish you all the best and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Kind regards

5 out of 5 starsI was wonderful to have my picture done with this seller. the final result was amazing. my friend love it!! Ali didn't have any problems on retouching if I didn't like anything. I asked him few times. The picture was carefully wrapped and was delivered by the time I expected.
