5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I were about to make our own tracking sheet since we both do needlework and share thread, but I’m so glad we decided to purchase this tracker. Well worth it! The search function is fantastic, and the layout prevents me from having to scroll much.

4 out of 5 starsIt is great, except it makes me want to start more projects to fill out the lines, lol. I just wish I could decide what color go with which daily stitch count. Reaching my goal amount and it highlighting red is a little disheartening.
Vera responded on Jul 26, 2026
Thank you for the review. Regarding the daily stitch count colors, they are automatically calculated based on your stitching data, including your highest stitching days. So if you’ve reached your personal goal but the cell is still showing red, it’s likely because you had an exceptionally high stitch-count day in the past, which is affecting the color scale. To customize it, Click anywhere in the Heat Chart table, then go to Format > Conditional formatting > Color scale. From there, you can change the percentile to your personal stitching goals.

4 out of 5 starsI don't really like the graphics chosen for the different monthly layouts and the overall aesthetic isn't really my favorite, but it's functional and pretty easy to use.
Vera responded on Jul 12, 2026
Thank you for your honest feedback! I completely understand that everyone has their own personal style. Personally, I'm a big fan of pastel colors, so that's the aesthetic I chose for the planner. 😊 The good news is that, since it's a spreadsheet, the colors and all the graphic elements can be customized, so you're welcome to personalize it to better match your own preferences.

5 out of 5 starsThis tracker is super easy to set up, and works immediately without any coding knowledge or issues. If you do run into an issue, Vera is super responsive and will help you right away. If you’re struggling to keep track of the little things, get this tracker!!

Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation! One of my main goals when creating this tracker was to make it accessible and easy to use, without requiring any technical knowledge, so it’s wonderful to hear that it worked smoothly for you. I’m also glad I could help when needed. Wishing you many productive and well-organized days ahead! :)
