Thank you so much for visiting my shop. I now offer a growing range of sublimated gifts, alongside personalised prints, greetings cards, gift boxes, and favour boxes. New designs are added regularly, so feel free to check back often for fresh ideas and inspiration.
Before browsing, please take a moment to read the information below. It helps ensure your order is exactly as you want it and answers the most common questions about my process.

Proofing Process
If you would like a proof of your design before it is printed and shipped, please request this at the time of purchase.
Your proof will be sent to your Etsy messages inbox, so please keep an eye on your messages.
You will have 24 hours from the time the proof is sent to confirm any changes.
Included:
• One round of edits free of charge
Additional edits:
• Further changes may incur a small fee due to design time
If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, your item will be printed and shipped as shown in the proof. I cannot take responsibility for errors that were not flagged during the proofing window.
If you need help or have questions at any stage, please message me — I’m always happy to assist.

Digital Prints
Digital prints are available and are sent in PDF format.
• UK customers: no shipping charge
• International customers: use code FREEDEL at checkout to remove delivery fees

Packaging
• Prints are sealed in a cellophane sleeve and posted in a board‑backed “Do Not Bend” envelope
• Favour boxes are sealed in a cellophane sleeve and sent in a hard‑backed envelope or mailing bag (depending on quantity)
• Acrylic gifts are carefully packaged and boxed before posting

Customer Details & Errors
All personalised details are copied and pasted directly from your order, so please ensure spellings and information are correct.
Any errors not made by myself are non‑refundable, but you are welcome to purchase a replacement.

Postage
UK Orders
Prints and framed prints include free 2nd Class postage.
You can upgrade to 1st Class at checkout.
International Orders
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International.

Refunds & Returns
As all items are personalised, I’m unable to accept returns.

Strikes & Delivery Delays
I cannot be held responsible for postal delays and cannot offer refunds if your item arrives later than expected.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with:
• A brief description of the damage
• A clear photo of the item
I will then help resolve the issue.

Lost Items
If your order hasn’t arrived and you believe it may be lost, please get in touch and I will look into it for you.
