Item pretty much as described, but arrived with half a dozen nails exposed and in generally pretty rough condition, most likely caused by rough handling in shipping. Hoping some Gorilla Glue and clamps will get it back together.

The items arrived as pictured; however, it was not packed well - it was shipped in a 're-used' home depot appliance cardboard box that was taped together. It came apart in shipping, as did the trunk.

I am very sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Please be advised that all packing materials were purchased to ship to you. Nothing was re-used. I would be happy to send you copies of receipts. Your first review indicated nail pops but that the trunk was intact as advertised. I am perplexed that you would downgrade and change your review especially since I already sent your partial refund on shipping and I gave you a discount on the purchase price.
