How long does my order take?
Every item is made to order. We send your digital proof, and once you approve it, your order ships within 1–3 business days. US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Have a closing date coming up? Message us before ordering, or add our Rush option.
Can I return or cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order — just message us. Because every sign is custom made, we can't accept returns. Please double-check your spelling and details when you order. If anything needs to change, message us right away and we'll update your proof before production starts. Working to a closing date? Message us before ordering so we can confirm timing.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof, and we don't start production until you approve it. Please approve your proof as soon as you can so we can start on your sign. Our design team works 9 AM–5 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
What if my sign arrives damaged or lost?
We stand behind our products. If your sign arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, message us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged), and we'll send a replacement right away. Every order ships with tracking.
