Do you accept returns?

Please read all descriptions carefully as I will not accept returns for buyer "change of heart." Please feel free to ask me any questions that are not answered in the description. I will only accept returns if the item is not as described.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your item is damaged by the USPS, please make sure to take multiple pictures of the item AND the packaging and send them to me. I will start the process for making an insurance claim from the USPS to get your money back.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery or they will not be accepted.

My item never arrived?

I provide tracking for each and every item ordered. Please contact me if you have any problems, and I will do my best to help you.
