Hello and welcome to Resipsa Studio!
My name is Andrea. I'm a wife and mother of two, Kate & Callahan. I am also a lawyer with an undergrad degree in graphic design who LOVES all things artistic and crafty. So basically, I wear a lot of hats! My Etsy journey is best summarized by the illustrious words of Pablo Picasso, “I begin with an idea, and then it becomes something else.” I opened my first Etsy shop in 2017 as a fun outlet for my creative side. The Etsy community welcomed me with open arms – THANK YOU! In 2020, I split off my jewelry offerings, launching my second Etsy shop, Kate Callahan Designs, specializing in genuine leather and cork jewelry and gifts. KC Designs is a huge success. Again, THANK YOU! Despite two successful shops, I still long to return to the roots of my graphic design. So…..
Now, in collaboration with my daughter Kate, we introduce our newest shop, Resipsa Studio! The focus at Resipsa is digital - from logos, to printable invitations & cards, to stickers to graphic Ts and sweatshirts, we will have it all. Kate and I want to bring quality, unique, accessible design directly (and easily) to you!
Ultimately, the name says it all. Res Isa Loquitor is a Latin phrase, well known in the practice of law. The literal translation is: “the thing speaks for itself.” We believe you will find our designs do the same. We are just getting up and running, and sincerely appreciate your patience and support during the process. Starting at ground zero is daunting, but we are not starting from scratch. We are starting from experience!
