Does the book include audio narration?
Audio narration is included exclusively with the HARDCOVER edition. When you choose the personalized HARDCOVER book, you can enjoy a calming, studio-quality narration of the entire story—with your child’s name spoken clearly and a gentle lullaby atmosphere. The narration can be accessed anytime by scanning the QR code printed inside the HARDCOVER book on any device.
Custom and personalised orders
Our typical production time is 1-10 business days. Shipping time is separate and depends on the destination. Most U.S. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary depending on the country and local carriers, and may take longer due to customs processing.
Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?
At the moment, we don't offer gift wrapping, but it's something we're hoping to introduce in the future. If this option becomes available, we’ll be sure to update our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
Where are your products printed and shipped from?
Our books are produced and shipped by our printing partner from multiple fulfillment centers around the world (including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand). Orders are automatically sent to the location closest to the delivery address whenever possible, which helps reduce shipping times and environmental impact.
I noticed a typo after placing my order—what should I do?
Please send us a message as soon as possible. If your book has not yet entered production, we can update the information for you. Once printing begins, changes may no longer be possible, but we’ll always do our best to help find a solution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
Because each book is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our side. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Most international orders arrive within 2-4 weeks, although delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.
Can I place a bulk or custom order for an event?
Yes! We’re happy to help with bulk or custom orders for baby showers, schools, corporate gifts, or family events. Send us a message and we can discuss special pricing, page options, and timelines.
Can I see a proof before the book is printed?
Proofs are not sent automatically so that we can process orders quickly. However, if you would like a digital proof, please message us right after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to provide one.
