I have always had an interest in jewelry since I was little. I used to make necklaces and bracelets from beads. I never actually thought of turning it into a business, but I was having a hard time finding the models I was looking for and wanted. I thought there might be many people like me. I wanted people to achieve the jewelry they dreamed of. customizable products, I started to transform the symbols of cartoon characters into jewelry. So I actually started a small business. This is how my jewelry adventure started.

RETURN, EXCHANGES & MISDELIVERY POLICY
►We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Some items are customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.
►Buyer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund, even when you got the free shipping offer unless you have received wrong or defective items from us.
Sizing details
We can provide custom lengths for most of necklace, bracelet and anklet chains. If the size you are looking for is not in the menu, please write to us. We can make it happen.
Please note that our chain lengths are given in inches and includes length of clasps.
CANCELLATIONS
Our team works hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 3 hours upon purchasing.
ADJUSTMENTS
If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we do offer a resizing or adjustment service, an additional fee might be applied.
LOST IN THE MAIL
All packages are insured up to $200 USD, so if your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, please email us and we will start the remaking process for your order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Our current CUSTOMIZED order turnaround time is about 6-10 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is handmade and custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.
The products which are not customized has processing time is 1-2 business day.
