Certainly! We can tailor the width and length of your shade according to your preferences. Simply provide us with the measurements or a photo of your window.

What materials do you offer for the shades?

We offer two types of shade fabric: Blackout Fabric and Standard Fabric. Blackout Fabric blocks 99% of incoming light, while Standard Fabric blocks 60% of incoming light.

What choices do I have for the shade mechanism?

You have several choices for the shade mechanism, including the control side (left/right), control type (plastic/metal), and mechanism type (manual/motorized).

If I provide a high-resolution design file for the shade I want, can you create it based on that design?

Certainly! We can create a shade based on the high-resolution design file you provide.

How long does processing and shipping take for shades?

Upon receiving visual confirmation, we initiate production within 1-4 business days. Shipping times typically range from 1-4 business days for the USA, Canada, and Europe, while it may vary from 2-8 business days for other countries.

What is your policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations of shades?

If any damages occur during shipping, please promptly contact us with a photo, and we will replace and ship the damaged parts at no cost to you. As our shades are tailored to your specific requirements, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, you can cancel your order before the printing process commences.

Are there any disclaimers I should be aware of regarding shades?

Please be aware that there may be slight color variations between the displayed colors on screens and the final printed shade product. Additionally, the shade mechanism will extend 0.8 inches [2 cm] beyond the shade fabric on both sides. Lastly, the final product size of your shades may vary by +/- 1%.
