This is a fantastic tourniquet. It makes the most sense to use a silicone based tourniquet so it can be wiped off and disinfected easily. It’s a bit more solid (slightly wider and thicker) and doesn’t cut into the PTs arm like the rubber band style tourniquets in a start kit. A great addition to my IV bag!
