If I am ordering multiple items, how much shipping do I pay?
If you are ordering multiple items our shipping prices should combine and discount automatically at checkout. For example, if you are ordering flutes there is one fixed fee of £3.95 regardless of the amount of glasses you order. If you have any issues with this please let us know.
Can I return my item?
We do accept returns of unpersonalised items. As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage and liable for any loss if the item is not retuned in its original condition.
