Custom and personalized orders

Since there are so many variations possible in my items, I love to do custom orders. Usually there is no additional charge (for different color, unique color combinations, etc.), and coordinating colors can be a fun way to group different items to make a custom gift set.

If you have something custom in mind just message me. We can work together to design what you want and I'll let you know pricing, then set up an order just for you.

If you have a deadline please keep in mind a custom/personalized orders will take additional 2-3 business days.

Care instructions

Unless noted otherwise in the item description, the yarn and embellishments I use is machine washable. However, I recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry to extend the life of your item.

Processing Time

Processing times vary but will say on each individual item, at the item description, checkout and on your invoice, this does NOT include the shipping time so if you have a deadline please be aware of this before purchasing.

Generally I can have an item ready to ship within 1-4 days, if not sooner. I will let you know when it is estimated to ship when you place your order.

If you need something by a certain date please message me BEFORE you order and I can let you know if that is possible.
