Candle Care Instructions
Please note that our candles are hand poured and not mass produced. ***Every Candle Will Be Different.***
The first burn of a soy wax candle should last long enough to allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the edges of the jar. This prevents tunneling and will help your new soy candle last longer.
DO NOT BURN YOUR CANDLE FOR MORE THAN 2 TO 4 HOURS AT A TIME.
Soy wax does not burn as hot as paraffin wax and requires a thicker wick. The wick doesn't burn 100% and needs to be trimmed regularly.
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times to avoid carbon build up. This will ensure a longer lasting candle.
Candle Care Instructions Continued...
*Allow candle to cool before trimming wick or relighting.*
*When using natural soy wax, sometimes there will be a darker patches or wet spots. This is not a fault in the candle. This is simply a blemish where the wax didn't adhere to the glass jar all the way.*
*The top parts of the candles may appear slightly uneven. This is normal with hand poured soy wax candles.*
Keep burning candles away from children and pets.
Do not place near flammable objects such as curtains, walls, bedding, papers, etc.
Each candle will have a slightly different natural color. Fluorescent lights and direct sunlight can yellow soy candles.
DISCONTINUE use of the candle when only 1/4" of wax remains.
Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Production sometimes starts shortly after the order is placed. Every order is final.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We're happy to help. :)
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
