1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed with the level of service from this shop. I ordered my Rustic wooden tray on Aug 17, 2021. The initial estimated delivery date was Sep 9. That date came and passed, I contacted the owner and a shipping label was created on Sep 24, but to this day Nov 29, I have not received my purchase and nothing shows in pre-transit or shipped. I would really like to either receive my money back, my order or at the very least a message from the owner explaining what is going on. Very unsatisfied with this store and purchase

1 out of 5 starsWe were two twice that our item was shipped. First time there was a tracking number but it showed the package never even reached the post office. The second time no tracking number was provided and we were told it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m not sure how many Tuesdays or Wednesdays later we waited and it never showed up. At no point were we offered a refund with or without sending product. I requested a refund and did receive it. I placed the order in June, it’s now October. There was plenty of time for the situation to be resolved but that didn’t seem a priority.

2 out of 5 starsHard to comment because it has yet to show up, over 2 weeks late. Update: Still no item nearly a month out, and virtually no response from inquiries. Guess I'll remove a star every couple of weeks until it gets here, although I'm not convinced it will. My need for it has certainly passed.
