5 out of 5 starsThis seller was incredibly helpful and was able to work with me to get this item expressed shipped for a last minute event. The jacket itself is of very high quality, and is on standard with the quality I would expect for this price of a jacket if not nicer than I would expect for the price. Overall I will absolutely reorder from this seller down the road, she was phenomenal!

5 out of 5 starsI also purchased this jacket along with the other one I reviewed, and I’m just as happy with this one. The quality is excellent and it looks almost exactly like the promotional photos. The seller was very responsive and helpful with my sizing and customization requests. I’m very pleased with both of my purchases and really appreciate the care and attention the seller put into them. Highly recommended for any Resident Evil fan!

5 out of 5 starsThis was my first-ever purchase on Etsy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I ordered both the embroidered jacket and the non-patch version, and I’m extremely happy with both of them. The seller was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, especially with my custom requests. They were able to accommodate the embroidery color I wanted as well as the sizing for both jackets, which I really appreciated. I also appreciate that the jackets came with care instructions, which was a very nice and helpful addition. The quality of both jackets is excellent, and they look almost one-to-one with the promotional photos. They turned out just as I had hoped. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and with my first Etsy experience. The item quality, shipping, and customer service were all excellent. I really

5 out of 5 starsI ordered this for my upcoming costume and it’s amazing!! The quality is so good that I will be using it when I lift heavy in the gym! It is very well made, it smells like beautiful leather and has the perfect cushion section in the back to support the back and provide comfort.
