Excellent communication and attention to the details, she was great to work with as we knocked out the design. It turned out exactly as I had hoped. She even made the Elves ears pointed (even though I forgot to tell her of that wanted detail!). Can't wait to give this to whom I intended, it's perfect and she will love it!
