Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

All of our products are hand wash only. The plastic lids can go in the top rack of the dishwasher
Each cup has multiple coats of resin applied, it is durable to every day use but susceptible to gravity and extreme heat. Your cup should not be dropped or left in a hot environment (like a hot car). If dropped or hit against a hard surface the resin can and will crack and break.
Please never put your cup in the microwave.

Are these Authentic YETI Brand cups?

Yes! Absolutely. We offer a YETI brand Tumbler option and a unbranded Tumbler option. Both are double wall, vacuum insulated, stainless steel tumblers.
We buy our YETI brand tumblers directly from YETI.com to ensure authenticity.
Fake YETI cups are rampant in this industry and we take every step to ensure we are getting *REAL* YETI Tumblers.
I have done ice tests on all of our tumblers. They all have identical performance in temperature retention and are nearly identical in appearance. The only significant difference is in the lids. Our unbranded tumblers have a plastic sliding lid, the YETI brand tumblers have a plastic ‘MagSlide’ lid.
