What is your return policy?
We accept all returns in original packaging, within 30 days of the date you receive your item. We will issue a full refund if the item is returned in original condition, in the original packaging.
Do you offer layaway?
Yes. You can make payments on an item. Once it's paid in full, the item will be shipped to you. The deposit amount and duration depends on the item so please contact us for more information. If you decide to cancel the order at any time, there will be a 20% restocking fee on whatever amount you have paid up to that point.
Do you offer resizing? What if I purchase the ring and it doesn’t fit?
We will resize the ring to your exact specifications. Send us a message with your order, stating your size. If it arrives and does not fit, we will resize for you. Some charges may apply, depending on the size of the ring.
