~CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES~~~~~~ (Important for US Buyers)
Please note: As of August 2025, the United States has changed its import regulations. The previous tax-free allowance for orders under $800 has been removed.
This means that US Customs may now charge an additional fee for imported goods, even for small items.
• Flat fee: $80–$200 per shipment (most common)
• Or percentage-based tariff: around 15% of the item’s value
Unfortunately, these charges are collected by US Customs and are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees that may apply.

- EU BUYERS -
The new EU tax rules have changed the way import duty is collected. On July 1, 2022, Etsy began collecting import VAT on physical goods under €150 shipped from a foreign country to the EU. For items under 150 €, the listing price shown to EU buyers will include the import VAT amount, so you can easily understand at a glance how much you will pay for your product. (Excluding Customs Duty) This VAT will be automatically collected from the buyer at the time of purchase and then sent to the local tax authorities so that the buyer does not have to pay double taxes when the package reaches customs. This will also avoid delays in package deliveries. This rule of law is enforced by the EU for all online businesses. For purchases over 150 €
Import duty and customs tax vary according to the country you are in, and will be collected from you by the shipping company when the package is delivered to you. - NON-EU BUYERS -
Above VAT tax situation does not valid for non-EU countries thus buyer is responsible for any possible customs/vat taxes that may occur in buyer's home country customs. We would not know each country's tax laws and how much they charge, so please make sure to contact your local customs officer to find out and order accordingly. When package is not collected by the buyer at the customs, the shipper either destroy or return the package to us and at either case, they unfortunately charge us. Therefore the buyer will be responsible for any expenses for package to return to us or destroy there for there will no refund available. Making a purchase from us means you accept these terms.
- SHIPPING -
* All US orders are shipped with eco-express with USPS or Fedex tracking number.
* All Canada orders are shipped with express with tracking number as Canada stopped accepting regular mails.
* We ship all other country orders with REGISTERED STANDARD MAIL with tracking number. Estimated delivery period is 6-20 days. However this may change during pandemic, weather disasters, strikes and any other unforeseen reason. If you would like to upgrade to express, you can do so at check out.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Each item is crafted with great care and attention, and we provide detailed photos and descriptions to help you make an informed purchase.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
