It’s small enough to tuck in anywhere, and I’m hoping that will encourage him to write some of his journey along the way. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the leather is soft. What happens if I need to cancel?
We offer cancellations on non-personalized orders within 24 hours. If after 24 hours, we charge a 15% cancellation fee.
We do not offer cancellations for customized/personalized orders if it has already been completed or after 12 hours, whichever comes first.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on personalized/custom items, all sales are final.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
We offer wholesale and bulk pricing, please get in touch with us to get a custom rate.
Cancellations after 24 hours or refunds on non-personalized bulk orders with 10+ items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
