Excellent communication and I was sent a draft of the picture before the final design was printed which was great to see. Fantastic gift for a wedding present!

Please note, in order to keep in line with Etsy's policies and guidelines, we are required to ship your item within a timely manner. This means that if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the proof being sent, we will ship your item as per the proof provided to this message. If you require changes, please contact us within 24 hours of the proof being sent so that these can be rectified ASAP. Failure to do so will result in us not being liable for any changes to your design once it has shipped and has been completed. If changes are required once the item has shipped, any reprints will be chargeable of £5 including delivery or £10 if shipping outside of the UK.

Items are shipped out within 1/2 business days once the digital proof has been approved by you, the customer.
If you require a quick turnaround to meet a tight deadline, then please let us know as we offer a Rush My Order add on for £5. Likewise, if you have a specific date by which you need your design, please do let us know so that we can work with you to ensure you have it in time to avoid disappointment.
- Digital Downloads are emailed to your direct email address once the proof has been approved by you.
- Items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and take 2/5 business days for delivery from dispatch. We also offer a First Class Shipping upgrade at the checkout which takes 1/2 working days.
Please note due to the current global pandemic standard shipping may, on a very rare occasion take up to 14 days (within the UK)
- We also offer a Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day Delivery. Please note your order will be delivered the next working day once the digital proof has been approved. If a design is approved after 12:00pm, it will not ship until the following day.
- Please be aware that around the Christmas period, delivery times can slow down a little which is unfortunately out of our hands. Again if you require your order urgently, we recommended upgrading to 24 hr Tracked or Next Day Delivery. Please also do let us know so we can work with you to meet any deadline.
- Items sent within Europe are sent on a standard service (5-7 working days estimated delivery time from dispatch). PLEASE NOTE TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE STANDARD SERVICE. IF YOU REQUIRE TRACKING THEN PLEASE SELECT THIS UPGRADE WHEN CHECKING OUT.
