No. All digital product sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Exceptions are considered only if the product has not been downloaded or is completely broken and in this case, we will first attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is considered. Any unauthorized refunds (including via Etsy) will result in immediate blacklisting and all product access will be permanently revoked internally.
