* Your personal information (name, shipping address, email, payment information, etc.) will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order, communication related to your purchase, and legal compliance (such as tax reporting where applicable).
* Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfill your order (such as shipping carriers or payment processors like Etsy or PayPal).
* All financial transactions are handled securely by Etsy or third-party payment processors. I do not store or have direct access to your credit card or financial information.
* By purchasing through ScINArtstudio, you consent to the collection and limited use of your information as described.

2. Intellectual Property – Copyright, Licensing & Ownership
* All artwork, designs, prints, images, text, titles, product descriptions, and creative content are the sole intellectual property of Shaina Cintron, ScINArtstudio.
* Purchase of any original or print artwork does not transfer copyright, licensing, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights of any kind.
* No part of my artwork may be copied, reproduced, printed, distributed, re-sold, scanned, uploaded, or digitally altered for commercial or personal profit without my express written consent.
* Ownership of a physical piece does not confer ownership of the underlying creative content or design.
* All rights reserved. Copyright violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Commissioned & Custom Work
* Custom commissions are uniquely created for each client. All creative rights remain the sole property of Shaina Cintron.
* Commissioned works may not be reproduced, modified, or re-sold without written permission.
* Non-refundable deposits are required for all custom commissions prior to production.

4. Shipping & International Orders
* Buyer information is shared only with shipping providers for delivery purposes.
* International buyers are solely responsible for customs fees, VAT, import taxes, and duties in their respective countries.
* ScINArtstudio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs clearance or international shipping disruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability
* ScINArtstudio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
* Any damage claims must be reported in writing with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt.
* ScINArtstudio is not responsible for any business loss, indirect loss, loss of opportunity, or consequential loss resulting from your purchase.
* All sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

6. Use of Imagery & Testimonials
* Buyers may share photographs of their purchased artwork displayed in personal spaces on social media, provided they credit the artist: @ScINArtstudio (Shaina Cintron).
* Commercial usage, resale, or marketing use of photographs or artwork is prohibited without written consent.

7. Legal Enforcement
* Any misuse, infringement, or violation of these policies will be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property and privacy laws.
