I ended up ordering two pairs - one women's, one men's - just in case the women's pair didn't fit my hands (I have broad knuckles and some people described the gloves as "snug"). I was so excited to receive the gloves and took them with me on our church retreat, where I opened the women's pair and found that they fit very nicely! I received compliments from members of my congregation on the color and quality of the gloves. I plan on giving my husband the men's pair that I ordered since his birthday is soon! I am sure that he will like his as well! I enjoyed chatting with David through the chat feature and appreciated his help and friendliness! The shipping was great, and actually the gloves left Scotland and the UK very quickly!

5 out of 5 stars**lovely soft cashmere**, v.well crafted (even tho my other half has LARGE hands, there was no stretch, no gappy holes - clearly well used to dealing with Blokey Hands), super comfortable, especially the thumb - will allow full functionality, whilst still keeping hands & fingers warm.. Would make a v.thoughtful Xmas gift, practical yet beautifully fabricated (suitable for 'City Wear')

Shipping
All products are made in Scotland and shipped from either Edinburgh or Hawick in the UK.
The time taken to make each product is stated in the shipping details on each product page.
For all stock items, estimated shipping times are as follows:
UK: 2-4 business days
Europe: 5 - 8 business days
USA 1 - 2 weeks
Canada 1 - 2 weeks
Australia: 1 - 2 weeks
Rest of the World: 2 - 3 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. If your order is delayed please get in touch and I will do everything I can to help. If you have not received your order within 12 business days (UK) of despatch, or for international deliveries 25 business days please get in touch.
Postal Information
Standard UK delivery is by RoyalMail Tracked 48 with an upgrade option to Tracked 24 - Please let me know if you would prefer a different method - Happy to try and accommodate
International orders - All international orders are sent fully tracked for your reassurance. These are normally shipped with Royalmail who will hand over to your local postal operator
If your order is returned to me by the postal service as they were unable to deliver it, due to an incorrect address or it was not collected from the postal office, I will be happy to ship your order again. However, I reserve the right to ask you to make an additional shipping charge to re-send the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Customs Duties
There have been a number of changes to customs duties recently.
UPDATES - EU orders As of 1st July will have a 3euro customs charge applied - This is included in your delivery costs if your order is under 150 Euro. Orders over 150euro will need to pay customs and vat on arrival
USA - All imports into the USA are now subject to customs duties. My shipping costs include these tariffs so you will pay no extra on arrival.
Rest of World - Most countries will have a small order value exception for duties, but there may be customs payable. You will be responsible for any duties due. If you're not sure if these will apply please message me and happy to try and find out
