Do you sell physical products?
No. All items in my shop are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you can download your files instantly from your Etsy account.
How will I receive my digital files?
After payment confirmation, you will instantly receive:
High-resolution JPEG files and PDF files ready-to-print
A Product PDF page with bonus freebies, exclusive newsletter sign-up link, and special offers
A Google Drive link for easy and reliable access to your files
You will also receive an Etsy email with your direct download link.
Most of my products are delivered in a ZIP folder to ensure all files are kept together and easy to download. You will need a ZIP extraction tool to open them—many computers already have this feature built in. On Windows 10 or later and macOS, simply right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract” or “Open”. If your device doesn’t have a built-in extractor, you can use free software such as 7-Zip or WinZip
What file formats and sizes are included?
Unless otherwise stated, all products are delivered as JPEG and PDF files, high-resolution (300 DPI), ready to print. Perfect for scrapbooking, junk journaling, and mixed media.
Can I get a refund or exchange for digital items?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your files or downloads, please contact me immediately—I always respond quickly and will be happy to help.
Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?
All designs are for personal use only, unless you purchase a separate commercial license. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files in their original form is not allowed. Contact me for licensing inquiries.

How can I print your digital products?
You can print at home using your own printer or at a local print shop for professional results. For best quality, print at 100% scale or “actual size.”

Why does my print quality look different than expected?
Print quality can be affected by your printer settings, the type of paper, and the printer itself. For the best results, use a high-resolution printer and bright white cardstock of at least 90 lb. (240 gsm) weight. Ensure your printer is set to “High Quality” or “Best” mode, and that your printer drivers are updated to the latest version.
Why do printed colors look different from what I see on my screen?
Screens display colors in RGB (Red, Green, Blue), while printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). This difference in color modes means printed colors may not perfectly match your screen. For more accurate results, calibrate both your monitor and printer, and consider doing a small test print before printing the full design.
