Can I cancel my order?
SHIRT OR APPAREL ORDERS - If you need to cancel a shirt, legging, bag, or other apparel order, it must be done within 24 hours of the purchase. HOWEVER, if Printful has already begun printing the shirt I CANNOT cancel your order.
EAR ORDERS - You must cancel within 24 hours AND before the item has shipped.
PIN & STICKER ORDERS - You must cancel within 24 hours AND before the item has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as it is before the item has shipped and as long as it would not change the shipping costs. I am not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to the buyer typing in the wrong address and/or not sending me an updated shipping address before the item has shipped.
Can you ship internationally?
In many cases, yes. However, if your purchase will be shipping internationally, you accept all the shipping and transit risks as well as possible delays due to COVID or other international shipping issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to be informed on if international packages are being allowed from the US to their destination. Tracking often stops once the package reaches the destination country. I have no control over transit times or when/if the package actually arrives.
My package did not arrive or was lost by USPS or the mail service.
I am not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the post office. Buyers should call and speak with the postal service about their package if for some reason it is delayed or if there is some other issue while it is in transit. Lost packages will only be refunded if priority shipping was purchased by the buyer AND the USPS agrees to the insurance claim and/or shipping insurance was purchased by the buyer.
I preordered a pin. Where is my pin?
Expected production time for most preorder pins is about 2 to 4 months. However, this time frame is not always guaranteed. Some pins may be produced faster, while others may be produced slower. This is determined by the pin's complexity, the need for sample pins to be produced and approved, unforeseen production issues, manufacturer production times, international shipping issues or crises, and so forth. Can you please list the price as lower on the customs form?
NO, customs forms will accurately reflect the purchase price of the items. Also, orders will be shipped to the address identified in the transaction. Be sure your address is correct before placing your order. Both of these practices are for buyer and seller protection and follow U.S. law.
