Can I change the personalization after placing an order?
Yes, but please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order so we can catch it before production begins.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are personalized, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please send us a clear photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery including your shipping label, and we’ll happily replace or refund your order.
