Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or using household cleaners.

For those who prefer a piece designed for long term everyday wear, 8K, 10K, 14K, or 18K Solid Gold is an excellent choice.

Store jewelry separately in a dry place when not wearing it.

Handmade Quality

Our jewelry is handmade, so minor variations, tiny marks, or small surface imperfections may occasionally occur as part of the crafting process. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We will review it and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, tarnishing, plating wear, and alterations by another jeweler are not considered manufacturing defects.

Custom and personalized orders

All of our jewelry is made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a defect.

Are ring sizes exact?

Ring sizes are made according to standard US ring size measurements. However, a small difference may occur due to normal manufacturing and measurement tolerances. Finger size can also vary slightly depending on temperature, time of day, and other factors. For the best fit, we recommend having your finger professionally measured before ordering. For our adjustable open-band rings, the band can be gently adjusted by hand after receiving the ring for a more comfortable fit.
